UCW sent out an email entitled “Governor’s Budget- 1% Raise, not 5%” to our big list that has over 1200 people on it. This email was sent out on Tuesday.

We use a high powered program called “Get Active” which enables us, when needed, to develop messaging campaigns to targets. The program also gives us data about the level of participation in messages we sent out.

Some of the data that we are receiving is that messages sent oftentimes don’t arrive in your given inbox. Particularly at UTC there is a strong filtering program that weeds out TONS of emails.

One way to remedy this is to add the email address, fairness@ucw-cwa.org to your email address book. This way filtering programs should bypass these very important messages from the UCW.
