State Budget Passed!

We are pleased to report that the state legislature has passed its budget.
A 3% across the board raise for UT faculty and staff has been passed. The 401 (k) match has been increased from $40 to $50.
A new UT Chattanooga library will be funded!
We understand that news on a floor (minimum raise) will be announced by the UT administration. Let’s hope it reflects the need to raise up the employees on the lower end of the pay scale.
