Now is the time to stand up for:
Full Funding for UT from the legislature and cost of living raises, instead of more budget cuts, layoffs, and outsourcing; Money to fill vacant faculty and staff lines so students can get the quality education and services they need; and more.

With the threat of more cuts looming over our heads and a worsening economy that is threatening our livelihoods, now is the time to act- We need everyone to come out to this rally and to bring your family and friends- work will be done to get major media outlets in attendance at this event, so having hundreds of UT staff, faculty, and students could be the start of turning back this negative tide- showing the state legislature that we care enough to take this stand.
