UCWVA-UVA Holds First Organizing Training for Recruiting New Members

On September 14, members of United Campus Workers of Virginia at UVA held its first organizing training for recruiting new members. The training outlines how to conduct a structured organizing conversation, and walks through how to have effective organizing conversations to recruit new members and build worker power at UVA.
