Research
UCW members and staff conduct campaign, policy, and industry research on our workplaces and issues. We host trainings and skill-shares to build research capacity. Teams of member-researchers across the Southeast engage in innovative research, centering the knowledge and expertise of all members and deploying powerful information to bolster campaigns.
Regionally we coordinate fair pay campaigns to connect on-the-ground organizing with strategic research, legislative action & communications in order to leverage our regional scope.
Below are examples of recent UCW research:
- Union Members Address Growing Rightwing Threat on Campus - 2024
- Corporate Dormlords: Corvias
- Addressing Tenure Changes at Georgia Universities
